  • Oversee, manage and develop superior real estate solutions to meet and exceed our client’s operational needs of their business with a strong customer service / client- first focus
  • Focus on value and cost-saving opportunities and aggressively identify and negotiate for best value options
  • Build, implement and manage existing strategic partnerships and business relationships with key service providers (such as real estate agents, Lawyers, architects)
  • Plan and manage all property / site selection, acquisition, development, consolidation, co-location and disposition efforts by monitoring the corporate real estate portfolio and responding to new business unit initiatives
  • Directly negotiate all leases, purchase & sale and other real estate transactions, ensuring uniform application of department standards and corporate policy while working closely with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain effective client reporting and communication systems on both a project and on-going basis
  • Manage and oversee our client’s real estate portfolio properties
  • Facilitate Tax, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Facilities, Legal, Risk Management, Safety & Security and Project Management coordination for all projects
  • Participate in dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration & mediation proceedings; resolution of Authority approval issues
  • Maincorp offers strategic advice on planning and procuring environmentally responsible and responsive infrastructure that delivers real and lasting environmental, social and economic benefits
  • We also carry out detailed appraisals of the technology and infrastructure required to deliver an integrated set of infrastructure proposals which are marketable, fundable and implantable within the complex development process

Home Maker Center
Development and project management Home maker retail centre Sydney
39000 sq m with a cost of $122 million

Development consultant, site acquisition, Liaison with the Franchisor and Franchisee in order to establish restaurant design layout requirements including specification and special interior fit-out details, obtaining DA and CC, tendering and management of construction and fit-out through to handover to operations team. The projects were both undertaken in difficult environments, given the effect on local trading shops, and were in a populated retail complex which included drive-in components and had to be carried out using night shift work where during construction, close management of internal and road traffic, public access and safety were mandatory.
